Q2. What does your MOQ Mean?
MOQ means different products have different minimal order quantity in a certain range.
We are the direct factory and generally do wholesales. However trial order is also acceptable and welcome!
  
Q3. What Methods of Payment Are Acceptable?
L/C and T/T, Paypal etc
we accept 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T Balance before shipment. 100% payment for sample orders.  
 
Q4. What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping cost is based on the following elements:
  Number of packages
  Gross Weight
  Package volume
  Destination port

Q5. What is the warranty of your product?
Usually we guarantee two years after delivery date for the main parts. and we will give you 1% free spare parts in the package.

Q6. Can you do OEM order?
Yes, OEM/ODM are available. we have more than 12 years of OEM/ODM experience.

Q7. How about the delivery time?
  1.Some of the products are in stock at our warehouse, generally we need 3~5 days to change the plugs before the delivery.
  2.Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time 7-10 working days.
Also depends on your requirement on the product.

Q8. How can I get samples?

A.We can supply some free samples (total value under 10 US dollars) if you have a DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.

·If the total value of samples is more than 10 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight, we will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

·If you don't have courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company, or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

·The charge both sample and courier cost will be returned in your future order.

Q9. How much the courier freight will be charged for the samples?

A.Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, and carton size and your area. Our courier agent TNT and DHL will save you 20% total courier charges since we have a long-term contract. By the way, you can also use your courier company to pick up.

Q10. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on the products or the package?

A.Yes, Customers' logo and company name can be printed on the products and packing, such as gift box, paper card, carton. They are free once reach a certain quantity.
