Just in time for spring: this Matte sugar pink color from Le Creuset.

Le Creuset’s dutch ovens and other enameled cast iron cookware is the stuff of legend: Sure, it's a bit on the pricey side, but it'll last you a lifetime. The French brand is also famous for the gorgeous colorways they offer, from a classic fiery orange and red ombre or a Mediterrean blue, and they’ve just added one more back into the mix that anyone a little obsessed with pink is going to want to shop stat. 

The reissued colorway is a Millennial-worthy pink — sugar pink, to be specific — and it comes with a modern matte finish. It’s available in four classic Le Creuset bestsellers: The 5.5 quart Classic Round Dutch Oven, which is probably the most iconic of the Le Creuset models and is a whiz at roasting, braising, and stewing (not to mention helping that loaf of bread you’re baking rise). The next size up of dutch oven that the new pink hue is available in is 7.25 quarts and perfectly round, which is great for families that are on the larger side or if you want to do some batch cooking or prepare a few soups for the freezer. 

Cotton candy pink also takes two more forms: The five-quart classic braiser, which is shallower than a Dutch oven and gives tougher cuts of meat steady, well-distributed heat for a tender, juicy transformation. Also on the list is the 10.25-inch Classic Deep Skillet, which is great for pretty much everything and anything you throw in it, from potatoes to be sauteed to pasta sauces. 

Best of all, this isn’t the limit of the collection: According to Le Creuset, more pieces in the pastel shade will be dropping throughout the year, including casserole and pie dishes as well as mugs. (It also looks great with other shades from Le Creuset—think green, yellow, and white, among others).
